Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Jogen Information and Tech Private Limited, F-23, Road No. 5, Andrews Ganj, New Delhi 110049, India. They cover this website and the Muster apps for iPhone, Apple Watch and Mac. By using either, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use Muster.

The apps

You get the iPhone and Apple Watch apps from the App Store. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to them together with these terms, and where the two conflict, Apple’s agreement governs your licence to the app. The Mac helper is licensed to you under the same terms, for your own use on Macs you control.

Muster is free today. If we ever offer paid features, they will be sold through the App Store under Apple’s terms, and we will say so here and in the app first.

What Muster is, and is not

Muster reads the actions your AI agents ask to take, describes them in plain language, estimates how far each could reach, and asks for your answer before the ones it thinks you should see. It is an aid to your judgment, not a guarantee. A description can be incomplete and an estimate can be wrong. You remain responsible for the agents you run, the permissions you give them and the answers you give in Muster.

Muster only sees actions that pass through the tools it is connected to. It cannot stop an action that an agent takes some other way.

Using Muster fairly

Do not use Muster to break the law, to get at systems or accounts you are not allowed to use, or to interfere with the relays and services it depends on. Do not share an ask link with anyone you would not want to be able to ask you things.

Services run by others

Muster works alongside software and services we do not control, including your AI agents, the notification relays, and anything you connect such as Notion or Todoist. Your use of those is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Ours and theirs

Muster, its name, its mark and this website belong to us. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic. ChatGPT and Codex are trademarks of OpenAI. Cursor and Gemini are trademarks of their owners. Apple, iPhone, Apple Watch, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Naming them here describes what Muster works with, and does not mean they endorse Muster.

No warranty

Muster is provided “as is” and “as available”, and it is in beta. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that Muster will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of Muster or of any agent while Muster was running. Our total liability for anything to do with Muster is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the previous twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away rights you have as a consumer where you live.

Ending

You can stop using Muster at any time by deleting the apps. We may stop offering Muster, or part of it, and will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction, except where the law of the country you live in gives you the right to bring a claim at home.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change matters. Questions go to hello@auteurhq.com.
